Do you really know what your watching?
So often we take what we watch on TV at face value.  Generally speaking, you don’t think much about the production time that goes into network/cable TV shows.  Certainly they don’t have the the same coin that big budget feature films do, so you might think they do a ton of on-location/backlot set shots right?  Check out this reel from Stargate Studios, it will sure make you think twice...

5 movies I would suggest seeing
I haven’t found much time to make it to the movie theaters lately…actually the last one I saw in the theater before Sherlock Holmes was Star Trek (awesome movie).  I know, pretty lame.  Anyway I do find time to RedBox and here’s a couple of movies I’ve seen lately that I would recommend. 1. (500) Days of Summer 2. Up 3. The Soloist 4. Sherlock Holmes 5. State of Play

A band called Phoenix
So this last year I came across the band Phoenix via their “Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix” record. They’re a French Alt/Rock band. Lately it seems that more people are taking notice to them. Their songs have been featured on a few different national advertising campaigns, Cadillac is the one that comes to mind. But we all know that being in ad campaigns doesn’t make music good....
